Asterisk Blend is our homage to the Asterisk Café that donned Olympia’s Westside decades ago. The Asterisk Café was the local Westside hang out spot for Evergreen students and neighborhood friends in the 70’s to 80’s. Asterisk Blend currently is composed of Mountain Water Processed Decaf Beans from the Mexico Oaxaca La Trinidad Cooperative that we roast just a little darker. It makes not only a good espresso, but also a stellar brewed coffee as well.
